Jeremy M. Moeser

Jeremy Moeser’s practice at Caldwell, Propst & DeLoach, LLP focuses on estate and trust litigation and general business litigation. He seeks favorable resolutions for clients in an efficient and cost effective manner. Mr. Moeser values finding creative solutions to clients’ problems that may not require litigation as a first resort.

Mr. Moeser represents individuals and corporate clients. His corporate clients have included businesses of all sizes, including large publicly traded corporations and small closely held businesses. In his practice, Mr. Moeser has successfully handled a variety of disputes, including the following:

  • Will and estate disputes;
  • Contract disputes;
  • Business torts and other commercial disputes;
  • Closely held business shareholder/membership disputes;
  • Lease disputes;
  • Land condemnation disputes; and
  • Catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases.

Mr. Moeser represents clients in state and federal courts throughout Georgia at both the trial and appellate court levels. He also has significant experience with alternative forms of dispute resolution.

Mr. Moeser graduated from the College of William and Mary in 1995. He attended Mercer University School of Law and graduated in 1998 cum laude. At Mercer, he was a member of the Mercer Law Review and the Brainerd Currie Honor Society.

Following law school, Mr. Moeser served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William T. Moore, Jr., former Chief Judge, United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia. He then spent nine years a large national law firm headquartered in Atlanta before joining Caldwell, Propst & DeLoach.

Mr. Moeser regularly volunteers his time with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyer’s Foundation, Atlanta Legal Aid, and Habitat for Humanity. He enjoys spending time with his children, running, and hiking.
